Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the oscillator small-size, by utilizing the oscillator of <=0.1 side ratio. CONSTITUTION:When the width, the length, and the thickness of the fork of the oscillator are denoted as (w), (l), and (t) respectively, an oscillator of 50-150mum, (t) w/l <=0.1 side ratio, and 1.0-2.4w/t is formed. Consequently, the oscillator becomes small-size by reducing the side ratio. By defining the gap between the main face electrode and the side face electrode as 10-20% of (w), w/t becomes small, so that the oscillator is small-size.
