Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent creak from the contact surfaces due to difference in the thermal expansion coefficient between the time of lighting and extinguishment by providing a base plate with a screw-hole-attached boss section solidly molded on a box body through a thin cut film with a fine gap secured between a screw head and the box body.
CONSTITUTION: Preripheral end of a cover 1 molded from a plastic material is provided with a flange on which a screw hole attached boss section 5 is solidly provided through a thin cut film 3. After a tapping screw with a seat is screwed down a wood frame serving as a mount base plate piecing the boss section 5, the thin cut film 3 is cut off the flange 2. Consequently, the boss section 5 is separated from the flange and the under surface of the boss section 5 is fixed to the wood frame 6. As the thickness of the boss section 5 is larger than that of the flange 2, the flange 2 is grasped between the bottom of the head of the screw 7 and the wood frame 6 with a fine clearance.
