Abstract
PURPOSE:In a gasification equipment the heat supply from the outside is partially limited in the longitudinal direction to lower header to control the change in composition on gasification when the load changes and prevent the damage caused by the difference in thermal deformation. CONSTITUTION:A number of panel tubes 4 are stood on each lower header 3 that is arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction and the panel tubes are connected to top headers 5 in every group of panel pipes connected to the same lower header 3. Top headers 5 are collected into one main top header 6, the liquefied gas fed to lower headers 3 is gasified in panel pipes 4 and collected from top headers 5 to main header 6. The collected gas is supplied to equipment utilizing the gas such as burner. Heat insulating structure A that prevents the liquid flowing down along panel tubes 4 from contact with lower headers 3 is provided to control the heat supply from the outside, thus regulating the vaporization.
