CONSTITUTION:Monitor signal transmitting means F, monitor signal detecting means DET and DC signal transmitting means SW are provided to monitor station SV; detecting means R1 and R2 for the DC signal supplied from the upper-rank station, holding means CONT for the detection result, retern circuit forming means R3 and R4 to the upper-rank station, DC signal transmitting means R5 and R6 to the lower-rank station and controlling means CONT for means R3-R6 are provided to repeater RP; and the detecting means and the return circuit forming means are provided to the terminal respectively. Thus, the return circuit is formed by the DC signal sent from the monitor station at the repeater station and the terminal in sequence.
