PURPOSE:To secure an effective use of the signal transmission/reception circuit and thus to decrease the number of the signal transmission/reception circuits by allotting one unit of the signal transmitter/receiver to the circuit and the output circuit each for the switching use when the call is generated. CONSTITUTION:The function to carry out the transmission and reception of the signal to the circuit number memorized in transmission/reception control memory 110 is provided to transmission/reception control circuit 130 connected to incoming circuit 200 and outgoing circuit 201. And the incoming circuit number of circuit 200 is memorized in memory 110 via signal line 111; while the outgoing circuit number of circuit 201 is memorized in transmission/reception control memory 120 via signal line 121. Then the circuit number in memory 110 is exchanged with that in memory 120 through circuit number exchange circuit 100 in order to secure memorization of the circuit number of circuit 201 in memory 110 and the circuit number of circuit 200 in memory 120 respectively. Thus the signal transmission and reception becomes possible for circuits 200 and 201.
