Abstract

PURPOSE: To greatly decrease the fluid leakage in a valve device by clamping a valve box, in which a commutator revolves, to a casing through a head plate, thereby fixing and maintaining the clearance at both sides of commutator.
CONSTITUTION: Constituting a valve box, a casing 9, which clamps a commuter ring 13, a sand plate 11 and a wear plate 10 to stator parts of a commutator through a head plate 12, has ring-like projection faces 34, 36 on the edge part of the inside surface, in order to strengthen the clamping of each part and to minimize the leakage of pressurized oil in the whole valve device by maintaining smooth rotation of a commutator 15 and maintaining stable the clearance of contacted surfaces.
