Abstract

This enables the coil spring 29 to be compressed with the weight of the control rod 1 in the normal condition, for the actuation rod 23 to locate at the top and for the pawl of the finger 22 to locate within the outer tube 21, for the control rod 1 to move freely as intended by an operator, for the outer tube 21 to rise with the control rod 1 whenever the upward force may be applied to the control rod 1 owing to the some circumstances, for the operating rod 23 to be lowered with the coil spring 29, for the pawl 25 to catch in the notch 30 of the guide tube 12, and preventing the upward movement of the control rod 1
