When the negative pressure in the constant negative pressure chamber 6 is more than prescribed value, the relief valve 5 is opened due to the negative pressure connected to the negative pressure relief air path 1 and the relief control negative pressure path 2, the air is supplied to the constant negative pressure chamber 6 through the negative pressure relief air path 1 without passing through the air valve 7. Consequently the acceleration response characteristics may be improved
