Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The precedingly mold product with rib 4 is placed on the open part of cavity 3 consisting of fixed mold 1 and movable mold 2 to form a closed cavity. A synthetic resin is injected from gate 5 and integrally connected with the precedingly molded product 5. At the connecting part the mold is designed so that the length C of the mold part compressing the precedingly molded product placed may be more than 5 times the thickness of the cavity A and the thickness B of the product 4 may be less than the thickness resulting from subtracting the mold shrinkage from A and further the placed product 4 is provided with 2 ribs in parallel with the direction of connection.
