Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance characteristics of a high dielectric constant and a low temperature coefficient of a dielectric composition by adding Ba (Na 0.25 V 0.75) O3 and further SnO2 or the like to a composition having BaTiO3 as a main component and CaTiO3 as a residue.
