Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure an assured implanting of the electrode to the insulated supporter via the support band by providing the small-thickness part to the supporter and using the supporting stage according to the shape of the small-thickness part.
CONSTITUTION: Main surface 7 of insulated supporter 6 to which supporter 15 of the electrode is pressure-bonded is formed flat, and the concave part, i.e., small- thickness part 9 is formed at the area where supporter 15 is implanted on opposing surface 8 to surface 7. Supporter 6 is then placed on supporting stage 10 containing projection part 10 at the position corresponding to part 9 and then softened with the heat given from burner 13 and from the side of surface 7. In this case, the area on the main surface opposing to part 9 is softened earlier. Under these conditions, support band 15 of the electrode is implanted, and as a result the side surface of part 9 extends laterally owing to existence of part 9. Owing to this reaction, surface 7 narrows toward arrow marking 8, and thus the insulating material is collected near supporter 15. Accordingly, an assured sealing is obtained.
