Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a fail-safe logic conversion circuit by synthesizing a fixed- level DC voltage obtained from the rectified output of an AC power source and a DC voltage corresponding to binary logic information and outputting two significant- level logic information. CONSTITUTION:When logic information corresponding to truth values ''1'' and ''0'' are inputted between input terminals 1 and 2, these information appear as logic information of significant levels (+V or -V) corresponding to truth values between two terminal output 8 and 9 through electric circuits 3 and 4 and synthesizing circuit 7. This logic conversion circuit gives the DC voltage (-V2) as the rectified output of AC power source e and generates directly the DC voltage (-V2) of a power source outside pontential by the voltage of AC power source e itself, the value of the number of turns of transformer 5 or the constitution of rectifier circuit 6. As a result, it is sufficient if driving power source E is provided, so that the circuit constitution can be simplified and the cost can be lowered.
