Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the promotion of shortening a length of work time, saving materials to be used and miniaturizing the machine, by applying a method of winding where conductive sheet materials are punched into a pattern of isosceles trapezoid to fabricate a necessary number of coil elements that are contained in the stator slot with the end part processed a brazing.
CONSTITUTION: Conductive sheet materials are punched into a pattern of isosceles trapezoid with a coil element 6, 7 fabricated. The coil element 6, 7 provides the same shape with a different directional pattern from each other and is so made for an even number of coil elements to be arranged. The coil element 6, 7 is constructed by one leg 6a, 7a, similarly another leg 6b, 7b, upper bottom 6c, 7c and lower bottom 6d, 7d that is linked only to the leg 6b, 7b. And the lower bottom 6d, 7d is shaped longer than a half of the groove interval at the peripheral side because of a convenience of connection between the coil elements. The coil element 6, 7, fabricated in such manner, is so piled that a lower bottom end part 6f, 7f of the lower bottom 6d, 7d may be facing reversely to each other, with a point end part 6e, 7e of the lower bottom 6d, 7d processed a brazing. In such manner, simplification of the work, saving of the material and miniaturization of the machine can be promoted.
