Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce noise current by using ferrite powder as one of resistive substance powder to be mixed for obtaining a resistive member arranged between a terminal fitting and a central electrode in order to provide a zigzag passage of a electric current through the resistive member.
CONSTITUTION: Resistive substance powder is consisted of main resistive substance powder, containing, for example, pulverized tin oxide, made by mixing 3 weight % of antimony oxide and 5 weight % of tantalum oxide with tin oxide and baking at 1200°C and pulverizing, glass powder and ferrite powder, both of proper quantity, in order to reduce noise current. A central electrode 3 is inserted at a lower portion of a inner hole 1a of an insulating member 1 made of almina, then 0.2g of mixture of cupper and glass powder, 0.5g of insulating substance powder and 0.3g of mixture of cupper and glass powder are poured thereabove sequentially, thereafter, a terminal fitting 2 is inserted into the inner hole 1a. Further, whole of the insulating member 1 is heated until 700∼900°C, then, is compressed by imposing pressure on the terminal fitting 2.
