Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a motor-roller system stereo demodulator circuit which does not need the phase-shifter circuit so far required by obtaining the synchronous signal for demodulation of the right-left channel signals by using the output signals of the PLL circuit and the 90 deg. phase-shifter circuit. CONSTITUTION:The cosphi of the function of the sum/differential signals of the right and left signals R and L is deleted from stereo input signal fS via amplitude controller 3, PLL circuit 6, 90 deg. phase-shifter 7, multiplier 5, low-pass filter 4 and divider 2 each. Output fS' of divider 2 is applied to multipliers 10 and 11 along with output fS2=sinomegact of circuit 6 and output FS3=cosomegact of phase-shifter 7 which are used as the synchronous signals. These multipliers deliver the sum and differential signals of the right and left signals, and adders 16 and 17 separate the right and left signals of the sum and differential signals. And the separated signals are drawn out through low-pass filters 12 and 13.
