Abstract

PURPOSE: To repress changes in the resistance vlalue of a resistant material by making superficial processing on the surface of the resistant material which contains resin and carbon as its main ingredients with use of solventless type of resin.
CONSTITUTION: On an insulating substrate 2 is allocated a resistant material 3 which contains more than 1 pair of electrodes 1 and the main ingredients composed of crystalline rsin and carbon. And the surface of the resistant material 3 is covered with solventless type of resin 4 with higher heat resistance than crystalline melting point of crystalline resin to be used for resistant material 3, such as triazine resin. This facilitates to obtain what has a desired resistance value and excels in electric insulation and resistance to humidity by eliminating changes in the resistance value before and after processing on the surface.
