Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a cheap control system capable of attaining a predetermined O3 concn. in an easy manner by regulating electric power while holding the ratio of raw gas flow rate and discharge power constant.
CONSTITUTION: The value of W/Q (W; discharge power and Q; raw gas flow rate) is determined by the formula in accordance with a required O3 concn. and set in ratio setter 24 to operate ozonizer 1. By this operation a differential press. detected with flow rate transmitter 21 is converted into flow rate with extraction computer 22 and sent to setter 24. On the other hand, discharge power is detected with power detector 23 and also sent to setter 24. Since setter 24 gives a control signal to power positioner 4 so that the ratio of flow rate Q and power W becomes the set value, a voltage to be applied to ozonizer 1 is regulated with positioner 4. By repeating the above action until the predetermined W/Q value is obtd., the predetermined O3 concn. is attained. The O3 concn. can be changed easily by changing the set value of setter 24.
