The contactor 5 is brought into contact with the slightly slant surface 27 of the earthed body 25 at a very low speed determined by the slope of the surface 27, and the contactor 5 conducts upon contact with the wire 31 of the horizontal surface 26. The charge remaining in the injection head 1 is completely eliminated.
