Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent tar from adhering to area in the neighborhood of a fuel supply pipe's jet or inside of a reacting tank or the downstream side by putting out flame in such a manner as to stop fuel supply and, at the same time, to send in water.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel oil supply pipe 2 equipped with an electromagnetic valve 1 designed to turn on-and-off supply of oil at the halfway and a water supply pipe 4 equipped with an electromagnetic valve 3 which is to turn on-and-off supply of water at the halfway are both led to and opened into a water-evaporating-and- atomizing chamber 6 in such a manner that the oil supply pipe is tapered off to the tip and the water supply pipe is convering the oil supply pipe l. And this is further connected to an atomizing pipe 7 which is to atomize fuel and water, and surrounding of the water-evaporating-and -atomizing chamber 6 and the atomizing pipe 7 are convered with a heat 8. In order to provide inside of the atomizing pipe with high-temperature-and-high-humidity atmosphere at the time of putting out of flame, the respective electromagnetic valves 1 and 3 operate in such a mammer as to keep supplying water fora while after supply of fuel is stopped so that surrounding area of the oil jet is covered with steam at all the time.
