Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a self-diagnosis over all functions of an autofacsimile by changing transmission, reception and copy modes over by the use of a few parts of a FET, and by receiving and recording a signal, sent out from its own equipment, by its own equipment by a simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: In the facsimile equipment provided with picture reader 1, read signal processing circuit 2, transmission-reception switching circuit 5 and memory unit 6, switching circuit 3 is equipped with FET1 which operates as an impedance convetter and this FET1 is made nearly zero impedance in a transmission mode or reception mode by the signal of signal processing circuit 2. In a copy mode, on the other hand, FET1 is made infinite impedance and a picture signal amplified by differential amplifier DA1 is polarity-inverted by differential amplifier DA3, sent out to processing circuit 5, and recorded in recording circuit 6, so that all functions of the autofacsimile will be self-diagnosed by a simple constitution.
