Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a ventilating device capable of reducing generation of noise by removing the driving part, preventing the fluctuation of the room temperature accompanied by the ventilation at the time of air conditioning, and carrying out the vetilation of the room without impairing the pleasantness in the room. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust air passage 1 and a fresh air passage 2 are provided in the device, and one junction A of a thermoelectric element 3 is faced with said exhaust air passage 1 and the other junction B thereof with the fresh air passage 2. When the room temperature is higher than the atmospheric temperature, the junction A of the exhaust air passage 1 is used as a heat absorbing part and the junction B as a heat discharging part, whereas, when the room temperature is lower than the atmospheric temperature, the junction A of the exhaust air passage 1 is used as a heat discharging part and the junction B of the fresh air passage 2 as a heat absorbing part.
