Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide powder having uniform hardness by adsorbing variable pressing power of upper punch by equipping cylinder and accumulator to arm that supports rubbered pressing and compressive roll in contact with punch. CONSTITUTION:Pressing and compressive roll 7 having rubbered rotary disk 7a is brought into contact with upper surface of pressing upper punch 4 to absorb and remove variable pressing power of upper punch 4 through accumulating device of accumlator 9 coupled to cylinder 8 fitted to arm 7b of roll 7. This arrangement permits upper punch 4 to maintain a constant pressing power. Combined power of lower punch 3 and upper punch 4 serve pressing and compressing powder materials filled in the mold 2 into formation. This also permits micro and large pressure variations to be absorbed into rubbered rotary disk 7a and accumulator 9 respectively to obtain powder having uniform hardness.
