Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable large and irregularly shaped trash, such as city wastes, etc., to be refined by providing a guide plate in a spiral shape along top wall of dispersing plate arranged in a separating chamber in which upwardly travelling circular flow enters and also by providing a crushing vane on the bottom of the dispersing plate.
CONSTITUTION: A dispersing plate 5 is arranged in a free-to-rotate position in a separating chamber 4 in which upwardly travelling flow enters, a raw material feeding gates is opened on the top of the dispersing plate 5, a guiding plate 9 in a spiral position wall section of the separating chamber 4 on the top of the dispersing plate 5, and at the same time, a crushing vane 7 is provided on the bottom of the dispersing plate 5. Wastes to be disposed are dispersed in the separating chamber 4 by the dispersing plate 5, heavy material fall downwardly by the principle of wind force separation and light materials pass through a fan 3 together with ascdnding air current and are separated by a cyclone 10. In this mechanism, light and large-sized wastes can be easily brought up to surface by means of the guiding plate 9 and lumply materials with less binding force can be easily crushed by means of the crushing vane 7, and therefore, light materials and heavy materials of the city wastes, etc., can be accurately separated.
