Abstract
PURPOSE:To cancel the DC offset of the output of a correlator effectively without complex operation by changing the arrangement of a signal-variation detecting method (e.g. integrator) in a control system for the weight-coefficient control of a weight circuit. CONSTITUTION:Output Y(t) of transversal filter 11 supplied with input X(t) is compared with a reference waveform from reference signal generator 13 by subtracter 12 and a difference signal between the both, namely, error signal E(t) is correlated with signal x(t), obtained by differentiating input X(t) by differentiator 16, by correlator 14. The output of correlator 14 is differentiated by differentiator 17 to obtain signal d(t), which is inputted to weight coefficient control circuit 15, and the weight coefficient of each weight circuit in transversal filter 11 is so controlled that error signal E(t) will be the smallest.
