CONSTITUTION:Delay element 11 has taps (t1) to (tn), each of which is applied with input signal Vin and a delay signal added together by weight circuit 12. Weight circuit 12 multiplies input signal Vin by a random weight coefficient and extracts the product, and the weight coefficient is controlled sequentially by control circuit 13 consisting of shift register 14, gate circuit 15 and analog memory 16. Then, the direction of the sequential control over the weight coefficient is made equal to that of the signal transmission system of delay element 11, and the time interval of the sequential control is nearly equalized to the delay time between adjoining taps of delay element 11.
