Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to be effected for another by an installed recycling pump without a boric acid pouring pump with a low frequency of use, by means of connecting a boric acid pouring device to the exhaust side and the absorbing side of the recycling pump of the recycling piping.
CONSTITUTION: At normal operation, separating valves 14, 18 and a throttle valve 17 are in a closed state, and the exhaust force of a recycling pump 12 does not been exerted on the boric acid pouring device, and are separated from a recycling piping 13. In a case when the control rod can not be inserted into a reactor, the exhaust pressure of the recycling pump 12 is exerted on a header 15 of boric acid storage 15 by means of opening the separating valves 14, 18, and the throttle valve is slowly opened, thereby boric acid is pushed out to the recycling pump 13 little by little. The boric acid water is poured into the reactor along with the reactor water. After it becomes to a stopped state with safety when the reactor reaches at a subcriticality, the separating valves 14, 18 are closed and the boric acid pouring device is again separated from the recycling piping 13.
