Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent soil along outer circumference of a tank from being foozen by providing the tank's side wall with a continuous air chamber along the entire circumference. CONSTITUTION:A tank's side wall 1 is provided with an air chamber 8 along its entire circumference, and this air chamber 8 is provided with an air inlet 9 and an air outlet 10 for ventilation. When air of normal temperature of warm air is sent in from the air inlet 9 and discharged from the air outlet 10, the tank's side wall 1 is warmed and low temperature of liquid stored in the tank is not conducted to the outside soil, and therfore, the outside soil can be prevented from being frozen so that tank can be protected from being damaged by being lifted up due to freezing of the outside soil.
