Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the problem of contact resistance and make possible the sure formation of a closed circuit by winding insulation wires so as not to overlap to an insulation substrate, bonding the same to the substrate, separating at the back for each winding, connecting the same to a connector, peeling the covering of the conductors at the substrate end face thereby forming electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Conductors 2 with insulation covering and wound around an insulation substrate 1 so as not to mutually overlap and are bonded and fixed onto the substrate 1. These are then separated at each winding on the back and are connected to a flexible cable 4 via connector 3. The flexible cable 4 is connected to the driving circuit of the multihead for electro thermo- recording. On the other hand, the insulation coverings of the conductors 2 arrayed on the end face of the insulation substrate 1 are removed and the faces thereof are made as multistylus electrodes. Hence, the respective electrodes protrude onto the substrate and array by exposing from the insulation coverings at the end face of the insulation substrate and the faces of all the electrodes are within one plane, due to which the contact with the electro heating sheet or thermographic paper to be supplied with current may be perfectly accomplished, the problems such as conduction failure and discharge eliminated and the even recording free from drop-out obtained.
