Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to know visually easily the brightness distribution condition with the use of a simple construction by feeding the electric signals according to the optical intensity to the vertical axis of an oscilloscope which is operative to accomplish the horizontal sweep in synchronism with the horizontal scanning. CONSTITUTION:A preset time delay is imparted by a delay circuit 2 to the output signals of a photoelectric converting device 1 for generating the electric signals according to the optical intensity of a portion corresponding to the object to be measured. The output signals from the delay circuit 2 are amplified by an amplifier 4 and then fed as the signals, which are to be fed to the vertical axis of an oscilloscope, out of a terminal Tv. The output signals of the circuit 2 are also fed to a peak value memory circuit 5 and level detectors 6 and 7. The step waveform signals having their voltage levels raised for each horizontal scanning period are fed from a control signal generator 3 to the converter 1 and the amplifier 4 so that the vertical scanning operation is performed. Thus, the condition of the brightness distribution of the light emitting body can be judged visually easily.
