Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate welding of structural member and construction of a floating roof, etc, by installing a crane girder in a rotatable position between a rail embedded in a ring shape in side wall and top end of a crane post installed on bottom plate.
CONSTITUTION: After completion of placement of concrete for a bottom plate (slab) 3, when pouring concrete for a side wall 3, a stud 8 and a rail 10 are entirely embedded. A crane post 11 is installed onto the bottom plate (slab) 3 of a concrete member 2, a crane girder 12 is installed in a rotatable position between the rail 10 and the crane post 11, and a crane vehicle 16 is installed onto the girder 12. Structural member materials are appropriately shifted by moving the crane vehicle 16 along the girder 12's rail, and materials and equipments are appropriately shifted with a hoist 21 by rotating the girder 12 center top end of the crane post 11. And further, assembling, welding and inspection of a floating roof 7, etc, are also carried out.
