Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain the temperature of a fluidized bed under a reducing atmosphere so that no clinker trouble occurs and condition the temperature of a space of a tower over the fluidized bed under a reducing atmosphere so that NOx is not produced as a result of decomposition of ammonia.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature of the fluidized bed 7 is maintained so that no trouble of molten substance adhesion occurs. The tower space 1b over the fluidized bed is maintained under a nitrogen oxide reducing atmosphere at such a temperature that no nitrogen oxide is produced. For example, the temperature of the fluidized bed 7 is kept at about 580 to 650°C and the temperature of the tower space 1b over the fluidized bed is maintained at about 670 to 740°C while EP ash is incinerated.
