Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent from degradation of insulation material caused by compression by comprising the outer most layer of coil insulation layer with slippery material and infixing the gap insulation material between coil conductor and insulation material. CONSTITUTION:Square cross section shaped gas insulation material 9 comprising FRP material and the like is joined with one side of coil conductor 5. For example, the base insulation layer 6 of epoxy semicure tetron glass tape, main insulation layer of epoxy semicure aromatic polyamide tape, top insulation layer 8 similar to the base insulation layer 6 are wrapped round. Further, tape 10 made of slippery material such as teflon adhesive sheet is wrapped round. This enables the gap in sulation layer 9 to bear stress caused by electromagnetic force and thermal force generated in the coil. Since respective layer provides slippery condition by shield layer 10 against slipping action of coil, fretting corrosion and compression stress can be minimized to prevent from insulation degradation.
