Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent mulfunctioning eliminating the frequency-voltage signal conversion interchangeably using the frequency signal indicating the speed of vehicles as a control signal.
CONSTITUTION: A speed sensor 1, a counter 2 and a shift register 3 are so arranged as to count the frequency from the speed sensor 1 each cycle of continuous unit time which is divided by a clock pulse or the like and store the count value with the shift register 3 during the subsequent cycle. A compatator 4 detects a state of insufficient speed by comparing the count value with a set value of a read-on memory (ROM)5 and produces the output signal. The set value of ROM5 can be varied as desired by manual control. Receiving a signal from the comparator 4, a monostable multivibrator 6 outputs an acceleration signal S for a minute time intetval which is amplified with an amplifier 7. An AND circuit 8 receives a signal from a comparator 4 and a signal of the monostable multivibrator 6 through an inverter 9 as input signal. When they are both on, a speed retaining signal S2 is produced and amplified with an amplifier 10 to drive an object to be controlled.
