Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible integration of specified analog circuits by combining the SOS-CMOS-IC on an insulation substrate and the CMOS-IC on a bulk silicon substrate. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is constituted by the SOS-CMOS-IC 1 on an insulator substrate and the CMOS-IC 2 on a bulk silicon substrate and both ICs are connected only by terminal S. The signal having a frequency higher than the frequency of the signal which determines the sampling pulse width of the specified analog circuits formed on the bulk silicon substrate is transmitted to the terminal S. The specified analog circuits are let analog circuits, e.g., battery voltage detecting circuit, other than the crystal oscillation circuit formed on the insulator substrate.
