The signal having a frequency higher than the frequency of the signal which determines the sampling pulse width of the specified analog circuits formed on the bulk silicon substrate is transmitted to the terminal S. The specified analog circuits are let analog circuits, e.g., battery voltage detecting circuit, other than the crystal oscillation circuit formed on the insulator substrate.
