Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of insulation treatment work and an insulation characteristic, by using self-welding electric wires for coil strand, by making powder resin adhere to the whole coil after completion of winding and by heating hardening the resin.
CONSTITUTION: Self-welding electric wires are utilized for coil strands 10, 11 powder resin is let adhere to a coil 12 after winding the strands and these powder resin and self-welding electric wires are simultaneously heated. The strands are mutually adhesion fixed by the resin of an adhesion layer 24 of the self-welding electric wires by heating while one portion of an insulator 13 between the upper and lower portions 12a, 12b of a coil end also adheres to the coil strands 10, 11. The powder resin also hardens after it once melts, and an insulating layer 25 is formed to a surface of the coil 12a. The insulating layer 25 is also shaped to a clearance 26 formed between the insulator 13 between the upper and lower portions of the coil end and the coil strands 10, 11, and strongly adhesion fixes these insulator and strands mutually. Since the coil is shaped in this manner, the efficiency of insulation treatment work is improved, and an insulation characreristics is hattered.
