Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a general carrier digital tranamission system by preventing a phase synchronous circuit from having an undesirable phase lead-in stabilization point even when a modulated wave is a continous wave. CONSTITUTION:To the input of the phase synchronous circuit, a composite PSK/ PSK-modulated signal is supplied which is obtained by two-phase-PSK-modulating a signal, two-phase-PSK-modulated by a main data signal, by a sub-data signal. This input signal is detected by taking the output signal of voltage control oscillator 20 as a reference carrier. While sub-data signal S6 from this detection output is regenerated, two main data signal S9 and sub-data signal S10 bearing the cross relation after the sub-data signal is removed are obtained from analog switches 12 and 13 on the basis of the obtained sub-data signal S6. Those signals are multiplied 18 by two to obtain phase error signal S11, which is used as the control signal of voltage control oscillator 20, thereby attaining the phase synchronization.
