Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a fluid machine in small size by incorporating a bearing without inner ring in the part supporting correlative, rotary movement between an eccentric arranged circular cam and a rolling ring.
CONSTITUTION: A chamber 24 surrounded with a pair of diaphragms 2, 3 and a housing 1 is a suction chamber, where a pumping chamber 26a is formed by the upper diaphragm 2 and the cover 4 while another pumping chamber 26b is formed by the lower diaphragm 3 and the cover 5. Normally to the direction formed by tying a pair of center discs 10, 11, a window 14a is formed to house a circular cam 16, which is fixed eccentrically on the shaft 7 and on whose outside surface a bearing 17 having no inner ring is fitted. On the outside surface of this bearing's outer ring 17a, a rolling ring 18 is fitted, whose outside furface have convex configuration 18a while the inner surface of the window 14a is formed in concave configuration 14f, to prevent move of the rolling ring 18 in the direction of shaft.
