Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Bearings 8, 9 are put in bearing stands of a housing 1 and shaft 7 is inserted from one of the bearings. The shaft 7 is equipped with an eccentric cam 16, bearings 17, 19, cover 18 and tumbling ring 20 in the housing 1 and further inserted in windows 14a, 15a of junctures 14, 15 which ar solid with center discs 10, 11. Then both ends of the shaft 7 are protruded outside the bearings. A collar 35 is forced on the shaft 7, and a spline groove 35a of the collar 35 is put together with a spline groove 108 of a shaft 101 of power steering pump 100. As a result, the diaphragm pump 5 is interlocked with the power steering pump 100, which can reduce driving device such as V-belt.
