Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent fluid leakage from flat parts and prevent the drop of the volume effect of a gear pump or motor by revolving bearings with the flat parts around their shafts in the contrary directions.
CONSTITUTION: To assemble bearings 5a, 5b into the inside holes 7 of a main body 1, they are first inserted into the inside holes 7 with the flat parts 17a, 17b of the housings 16a, 16b of the bearings 5a, 5b pushed to each other. At this time, the concave parts 18a and 18b of the flat parts 17a, 17b are lapped only partly and at positions offset with each other. By so doing, the housings 16a, 16b are pressed against the inside holes 7 on their outer faces 23a, 23b and the flat parts 17a, 17b contact closely, and thus fluid leakage while driving a gear pump or motor can be prevented.
