Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of assembly, by fitting an input shaft bearing body to a medium partition board wall after fitting a counter gear pin mounted with a counter gear to small and medium partition walls, and then fitting the fitting end of the bearing body to the counter gear pin.
CONSTITUTION: A gear case 4 has a medium partition wall 4a to hold a power take-off gear 5 supported by one end by a small partition wall 4c below the medium partition wall 4a. A counter gear 6 engaged with the said gear 5 is fitted loose through a bearing 8 to a counter gear pin 7. The pin 7 is inserted in a hole 4d of the small partition wass 4c by its fitting end 7a and in a hole 4e of the medium partition wall 4a by its head 7b. The bearing body 1 can be fitted to a fitting hole 4 by its inserting end 1c, its fitting end 1e being matched with a notch 7c of the pin 7. Since the fitting end 1e is fetted to the notch 7c from the other side at the same time, the pin 7 is hindered to axially move or turn.
