From this, residual voltage and sound voltage at distribution equipment 3 side are compared by power generating operation of the revolving machines 5, 6, making instruction is given to switching breakers 27, 28 by the relays 43, 44 in sound voltage and phase difference of the revolving machine, and these breakers are made. From this reason, sound voltage is impressed in each revolving machine, and the machine continues continuous operation without stoppage.
