Abstract

PURPOSE: A spinneret designed to spin island-in-sea type composite fibers with a very high content of island components stably and uniformly.
CONSTITUTION: The island component A is partly fed from the holes 6 through the holes 7 to the pipes 8. The sea component B is fed from the space 9 through the clearances between the holes 10 and the pipes 8 to the collecting funnel 11 while covering the island component A. The rest of the island component A is fed from the hole 13 through the pipe 14 to the funnel 11 directly to increase the island component content.
