Pulse train generation part 2 detects generation period rm between a pair of pulses which have the maximum interval of adjacent pulse intervals belonging the mixture pulse train, and generates a pulse train of repeat period rm/n including this pair of pulses, and determines integer n to give a pulse train including most pulses, where the generated pulse train above and pulses included in the mixtur pulse agree with each other, by pulse train comparison part 3. Then, a pulse train which agrees with the pulse train obtained in this manner is erased from pulse train storage part 1, and the operation above is repeated for left pulse trains.
