At the same time, an arithmetic circuit 71 starts operating and counts error data based on the time interval data of second zero resetting supplied from a counter 40 to the circuit 71, and the data which becomes the source for regulation adjustment quantity is obtainable through dividing of the error data by the time interval data. Multiplying this data by N enables the data for regulation adjustment to be obtained. This data is supplied to a memory circuit 72 and a regulation adjustment circuit 20. An oscillation circuit 11 is controlled by the output of the circuit 20, whereby the regulation adjustment of the watch is accomplished.
