Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a structure for an acoustic device, which is free from resonance and excellent in a vibration preventing function, by integrally injection- molding the three layers including two surface layers and a core layer. CONSTITUTION:A structure is composed of two surface layers 1 and a core layer 2 such that these three layers are integrally injection-molded, as will be described in the following. The surface layers 1 are made of a mixture between a foaming synthetic resin, which is inhibited from foaming but containing fine foams, and at least one kind of filler having at least two specific weight, and they are so smooth as to be free from any shrinkage. The resin constituting the surface layers may use all of the resins which can be injection-molded.
