Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the driving with the low voltage and in a simple constitution by connecting both the constant current source and the resistance to the base of the transistor at the input side and then selecting the current quantity of the constant current source and the resistance value with a fixed current amplification factor so as to secure flowing of the output current. CONSTITUTION:Constant current source 4 is connected to the base of input-side transistor Tr1, and resistance R is connected to the connection between the base of output-side Tr2 and constant current source 1 and the base of Tr1. As a result, the potential difference is caused between the bases of Tr1 and Tr2 to feature the relation of (base potential e1 of Tr1)>(base potential e2 of Tr2). Then both the current quantity of source 4 and the value of R are selected properly so that the output current may flow with a fixed amplification factor. In this way, a simple and economical constitution can be obtained, and furthermore the driving can be secured with the lower voltage than conventional since a number of elements are not connected between the emitter of Tr1 and the earth.
