Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a semi-permanent transducer by forming the transducer with a P type semiconductor electrode, a hydrogen diffusing electrode and electrolyte, supplying the hydrogen formed through water decomposition reaction by radiating light to the semiconductor electrode to the gas diffusing electrode and drawing out electrical output between these two electrodes.
