Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance a catalytic efficiency per Ti, a reaction product of a specific Mg organic compound and a chlorosilane compound is reacted with a hologaneted Ti and a carbonic acid (derivatives) and the reaction product is crushed to be compounded into an ingredient consisting of an organic metal compound and a carbonic acid, etc.
CONSTITUTION: An organic Mg compound of the formula R1MgX (wherein R1 is a C1W20 alkyl, allyl, X is halogen) such as n-BuMgCl is reacted with a chlorosilane compound containing Si-H bonding, represented by the formula HaSiClbR4-(a+b) (wherein a,b>0 and a+b≤4, R is hydrocarbon group) such as HSiCl3. The resultant solid product is reacted or crushed with a hologenated Ti such as TiCl4 and a carbonic acid (derivatives) such as (anhydrous) benzoic acid. The so formed product is compounded into an igredient consisting of an organic metal compound such as trialkyl Al and a carbonic acid (derivatives).
