After the central control room 2 is isolated from open air and in case radioactive iodine exceeding allowable limit is not included therein, valves 52, 61 are shut, valves 72, 73 are opened and air in the central control room 2 is circulated by a blower 71, on the other hand, in case the same is included therein, the air in the central control room 2 is circulated through the iodine remover 3.
