The contact parts 7a and 6a of the upper and side parts are overlapped and welded by spot- welding to form the main body of fender. The rear part 8 of fenderd formed by pres sing the plate is welded to join with the rear part of main body of fender. Thus, the fender is applicable to all sorts of wheels since it is composed after its rear part is cut according to the diameter of wheel.
